Okay it seems I was wrong about the CY, and that is fixed when you refresh. But the offense and defense problems still remain!

I can't level up my Offence plus my command points are at 8 when they should be at 100

Please fix. If we have a war I can't fight. Each vehicle when I level up still says level 1 also

"Simulate the atack with your current army setup" function is not working.

Reports are not viewable.
