What happen on Wrath 26 (all level change poi, tunnels, forgotten bases, bonuses )

Hi, What happen on wrath 26, the level of POI, tunnel exits, forgottens bases, are changed. They were at 80 yesterday. some 81 for tunnels https://zupimages.net/up/21/20/z52l.png https://zu...

Fortress levels of 110 after the patch wasn't unexpected. A fortress level of 110 after the undoing of certain parts of the patch, I understand, was an unexpected result.
