Whats going on

Are you sure you've logged into the correct world? The system can suggest alternative worlds and if you enter them you will be starting from the beginning. This is happening during the current problems.

Yes, all related to the same issue of connectivity and server loading. You also ask which servers are down. That is changing by the minute so a list now is pointless. If you can't get in, get an error message of any kind then you can assume the world you're trying to reach is still not working correctly.

so your implying that this happens at random? and tiberium 11 can go offline at any moment again?

Not really, they seem to have resolved the issues so any list would be inaccurate because worlds were back online. If Tib11 is working then it should remain so unless the issues return.
