There have only been two language forums for a very long time, from when they moved to the new forum software. There is this one, the international forum conducted in English, and a German language forum.
The drop down links at the top right of this page don't work. If you prefer German the forum can be found with this link: https://forums.ea.com/de/commandandconquer
They have never worked for any other language except German since the start of these forums using this software. There are no plans to introduce these separate language forums.
