I'm not playing the world, I do have an account there. There are 660 listed in the ranking stats which means that 660 have logged in during the last 2 years, not that there are 660 accounts active. 60 of the lowest ranked accounts show little or no activity, some with a score as low as 20.
As a comparison, one that cam immediately after it, 105 has just over 400 accounts, with around 100 of those showing little or no activity in total with a score of under 1000
