15 packs of resources disappeared before the end of the 30 days

Hello, I had taken 15 packs of resources for 30 days on the M16 europe between July 22 and 25, to help with the tacitus, it worked well for several days but it disappeared well before the end of the 3...

No, the problem lasts at least since August 10th and I connected the 12,13,14 and 15 without seeing the 17 packs that were there before. I also used Ccleaner to empty the memories and also the chrome cover, without effect. I have just taken 4 packs to see and there are 6 packs that appear now, but not the 15 before ... The nickname used on the M16 is LOlopsw. I chatted with a nice girl from EA on a chat who told me to put my problem on the forum :)
