After last patch certain worlds will not load

Back from vacation today, was able to login 1 time on W54 and got the replacement request window which will be broken. After I cleaned up my holiday stuff I wanted to play, but unfortunately I get the "welcome back commander" screen all day and it stays on there, thought just let it go for a while, but after half an hour it still stayed there on that same screen. I understand that sometimes things can go wrong, but the support and speed of EA is just worthless, no communication at all, a moderator who tries to protect EA a bit and does not see that there are a lot of people here with the same problem. With me now all meters are full, so I can't take advantage of the funds that I use every time. It's actually quite sad that whole EA
