Authentication's fail?

I have submitted a complaint to EA help. But nothing has been done so far

We are trying to get in touch with the engineers at EA, for now can you try private browsing tabs when using multiple accounts and report back to us if the password reset still kicks in?

I doubt that would solve the problems. The reset happens in private browsing tabs.

The password reset is always done from a private browser window but sometimes it works the first time, other times it requires several attempts and other times, it ends up exhausting my patience because other problems arise.

Example: Last night I reset the password like six or seven times and I couldn't do anything, today it worked the first time.

Note: I have access to a friend's account to enter from time to time and not lose progress when he playing a new world. With these problems, he is already thinking about whether it will not be better to stop investing in new worlds if he lose what he spent.

Note2: Every time I cannot connect to an account (with the different worlds that I play in it) and I have to leave, it means that I lose resources and sometimes bases, it is the moment that I take the opportunity to remember EA relatives. } :-)

Ops, I forgot to indicate it: If you have "profiles" in Chrome (a separate navigation window for each player) and you activate the save password field (store cookies) in most cases it works fine and you don't have to reset the password.

Well, now that I have entered with my username I am going to change the password to establish

Ha ha ha, in incognito mode it keeps showing the Origin login screen as it is not possible to authenticate a user, try later. :s

I have tried in Iron Browser WITHOUT incognito and then the authentication system works.

It seems to be totally inconsistent. This will make it worse for players on the WCS - some will get 10's of alts and be able to log-in while others will not.

After checking a few different logins today I started getting the "were having technical difficulties" message - it's been hours and still can't get in - tried private browser same thing

Also reset PW and still getting same message :(

Typically the this happens, as you've discovered, when you check a number of accounts in quick succession. The 'technical difficulties' seem to clear the next day although the timing may be 24h +/- 12h.

I'm still trying to get information on the timing and if the changes are intended to limit multiple accounts. No-one at EA is responding with clear information although Envision are also trying to find out this too (and more!)
