Base 8 starting resources are wrong!

According to arsenal Base 8 starting resources should be:
17G tiberium
27G Crystal
11G power

I just made base 8 and instead I got:
5.6G tiberium
8.99G crystal
3.66G power

Exactly as base 7 had for its starting resources.

EA, is this a bug or intended design?
I play on Firestorm 12

    I suspect it is a bug - there were issues with 19.3 on the PTE and base resources when first it was introduced.

    Hello Commander,

    i think there is a misunderstanding here, based on the wording in the arsenal. Level 8 does refer to the Research Level, not the 8th base in your list, since your first base comes free without research ;)
    So level 8 in the arsenal displays the values for your 9th base.

    Sorry for the confusion.
