A few questions on how to narrow down the problems source:
What world do you experience this on, is it just there or all of your played worlds?
What browser and version are you experiencing this on? Does it happen if you use a different browser?
Are you running any scripts that affect that window? Are they up to date?
Are you using VPNs?
Is it only the Base Data window that's lagging or are there other windows as well?
