Both of My Game Servers I Play Keep Going Offline!

I am about to go mad! Every time I try to do something on one of my worlds I play, it goes down. With one down, I go to the other world, only to find it also goes down a few minutes later as well. Then magically as soon as the other world goes down, my first world I was playing on comes back up and so I log into it, but no sooner have I logged in, it to goes back offline unexpectedly and the other world then comes back online so like a ping pong ball I have been going back and forth trying to log into these worlds and it is driving me crazy! What in the world is going on? Why do they keep coming back only to go back down a minute or two later? And now to make things worse, they are both down!
