BOUGHT PROMO BUNDLES AND DIDN'T GET BONUSES on W66

I bought several promo bundles and I didn't get them. Not the offense bonus repair or the crystals. Anyone else having this problem?

    It would help for you to check that it is the same when you log in from a different browser.
