Bug in mail's destination?

Hello!

I just saw a strange thing but I do not remember if it was announced that it was going to change or it is simply a new error so I went on to expose it to see if someone can tell me.

When we are going to send a message, the recipient window opens and we start to put the names of the players we want the message to reach.

Until now, if you typed a name incorrectly it appeared boxed in red to warn that it was wrong.

I just saw in World8 Spain that any email address is accepted even if it is incorrect or is poorly written.

Simply the program does not send the message to the wrong users and does not show any warning. For this reason I have been sending messages to users of my alliance and some did not receive it.

Is it an error or is it normal?

Note: In this example, only the second player exists in World8 Spain, the rest do not exist.

Thanks for your help and greetings.

  • This is a newly found 'bug' that didn't exist. I don't believe that it is intentional. Possibly due to a setting change when they've moved servers. I will draw their attention to this.
  • And this is not a bug only in World8 Spain, the same problem is too in:

    World Forgotten Attacks Beta
    Public Test Environment
    World19 Spain
    ...
  • Yes, they have been notified. I checked on the PTE and saw it existed there so assumed it wasn't confined to one world.
