Hi, on Wrath 26 we have problems with the camp output. A level 64 off generates range 63 - 66 camps. Now with a level 65 off the range is 64 - 66 camps. Why don't we get 67 camps? We are on a bi...

Excellent question and one I cannot answer. I do seem to recall such a limitation on outposts years ago, but I didn't remember it. Outposts on our world spawn +5 to TE. Every player in this region is at least level 50 offense/defense and we get level 50 OPs.
If I'm understanding you correctly, there is another layer to outposts coding; preventing outposts from spawning greater than +5 to the player offense triggering the TE.
