Can not start a new game on "Welt 7" or "Welt 10"

Hello, is it possible, that some worlds are closed? I am wondering, why we can not start a new game on the german worlds "Welt 7" or "Welt 10". But you can start a new game on other old german wo...

They unlocked a number of worlds a few months ago without an announcement.  As you have observed some worlds are still locked.    

The unlocking process didn't work on those worlds as it was thought it should.  It's unlikely that the worlds you ask about are full of active players, but that could be one reason for them not being open.  There may be other technical reasons that the worlds were not reopened.
