Can't enter tiberium 6 server.

It's even can't reach the homepage, when i login into this account, i have to close the window, reopen a new one and enter the homepage by manually typing the url. But after i push the "Play" button, it freezes on the black screen, and get an error right after - "This site can’t be reached cncapp02.alliances.commandandconquer.com took too long to respond."
