cant login - problems on 4 May 2018

Logged in on Chrome, but can't get past https://www.tiberiumalliances.com/home. Clicking just loops and the same happens if I click . Logged out, cleared cash and cookies and restarted browser (twice) but still can't get in.....

Ok thanks...that did work; hope they resolve the issue for Chrome users though.

There is a chance that next week this route may not work either. :(

Since this change even after clearing caches etc I can't get onto my other Worlds it suck sorry but I think it is poorly executed. So I can only play the first world I logged into after the change.

I understand full well what is happening here - EA changed the access system and people can't log in. Many can get into the game by using work arounds or jumping through extra hoops at login, but it doesn't work for all players.

Some players have had poor grasp of computer systems and grew lazy in logging and haven't been able to get into the game because they forgot the username/password combinations they used that had been stored for them.

Other players have bought or otherwise obtained accounts from other players and don't have access to the original email address or to the security question answers.

I think I do understand. Some don't understand that Moderators role here is to be as helpful as possible but we cannot change anything with regard to the game, we can only do limited things on the forum.

Unfortunately according to the ToS the original owner of an account does not have the right to choose what they do with that account. They cannot sell it or otherwise transfer it. If an account is fully transferred and a new player controlling it goes to Origin.com to change the email then no-one would any the wiser. However, what seems to have happened is that many have not transferred full control as they have neglected to set their own email/password, memorable answer and two factor authentication.
