can't purchase TA Funds

Are you using a new card?You might try adding the Card as a registered payment method to Origin.

It is not a new card. I paid with it before. The card is listed among available options and its last 4 digits are mentioned correctly.

I contacted customer service after which a pop-up appeared with the message: "Hold tight, we're putting your information together and contacting an EA Advisor.Please stick with us until we confirm your case number on the page behind this window." This was several hours ago already, nothing happened since then.

I have started a new chat/question. So now I have #934063970 and #841269196 cases.

Any update yet ? I receive no response in chat ...

Unfortunately this is where my possibilities end, as all payment is done by EA Customer service. I can only recommend to wait for the support to answer you.
