can't relocate

I can not relocate to my desired sector. I have reset my resolution, I have taken my browser out of full screen, I have tried everything I can think of to make the relocate button at the bottom of the relocation map show and still can not get the button to show. Sure would be nice for there to be a scroll slide for this page so no matter what you are playing on you can get to the relocation button. Any ideas
