C&C Tiberium alliances questions

Hey Ya'll,

Two questions:

1. What does the little white skull mean that is usually around forgotten camps and outposts?

2.How do I leave an alliance that has inactive leaders and they made me a "second in command" so I cant leave on my own?

1) The skull is only on Outposts, not Camps. It is therefore used to denote Outposts.
2) No idea, never been a SiC - so I'll let someone else answer this one.

You must promote someone else to SiC or CiC of your chosing and then demote yourself to a member and then leave alliance.

Do as the other guy says concerning the SiC, or you can disband alliance.
