On Friday and Saturday there was a prolonged outage with connection problems. They have been resolved. There is a knock-on effect which means some players have to clear their cache and cookies as well as log out completely.
Try clearing cache and cookies and logging out (via the logout at the top of the main front page (it may automatically log you in, when you press play, in which case you need to log out a second time).
