When you are going to move a base, you select it, choose the location where you want to move it and click.
At that moment a screen appears indicating that you confirm that you want to make that movement.

If you have activated the SoO script called "Tiberium Alliances Wavy" that confirmation box does NOT appear and you cannot move bases.
This error is happening to me with the version: @version 0.6.1
If you deactivated all scripts or only that one... all works again.
new version 0.6.2 available at master and autoupdate for monkeys
