CnctaOpt cost issues

The cost for units in both offense and defense side have only the correct ones for GDI. Nod has different cost for equivalent units. Take the Riflemen-Militant for example, GDI has the cost of48K Cry and 12K Pow at level 12, but Militants should have a higher cost of 72K Cry and 18K Pow. Instead in your optimizer, Militants have the cost of Riflemen.

This seems to follow in Guardian-Reckoner and Venom-Paladin. Orcas and Cobras do have the same cost. You also paired the Paladin with the Cobra even though the Cobra is a unit that needs to be researched. Weirdly enough, Missile Squads do have the same cost with attack bikes and Militant Missile Squads have half the cost of Pitbulls.

Also, Missile Squads don't have the same cost as Militant Missile Squads. Even the Forgotten units are erroneously given a cost, when the arsenal disables it. The creator of the optimizer has to fix this, the costs are not correct per faction. Mind also placing a refund cost for selling units? I noticed a roughly 10% loss in resources based on how much investment was given to a unit. You have to do more research on this one as I can't say if the loss in greater or less than that.
