It seems a player on our server is using a software hack to create a "combat lock" on their base, so that you cannot target them. Even when they are bubbled, they are in combat lock: instead of having a grayed out option for attack, it says spectate combat. Does anybody else see something fishy in that screenshot? According to my calculation, a CP cost of 17 at 3+1 per field means that base is 14 spaces distant from yours. Now how can that be if I'm not mistaken that the maximum attack distance is 10 spaces? Here's what I get in the identical situation (per distance) http://prntscr.com/oc9083I can see you have The Movement loaded which is a script that stopped working for me some months ago. I also see the CNCOPT button is greyed out which it seems like it shouldn't be since the base is within 20 spaces of you. The "spectate combat" button would be expected if he was attacked my your alliance in the past few minutes. The fact that the other base does not have it would mean that the last attack was more than a few minutes ago. Looking at the amount of time remaining under protection indicates very clearly that this player moved their base after the first attack on it by your alliance which gives him an hour window of protection. Now I see the problem and the solution is very simple: don't get distracted and let your 30 timer fall to 0 before you launch the next attack.

The stuck in combat mode has been seen on other worlds after other developer patches. It is possible it is a particular exploit, but ....I know I didn't exploit it and had a base stuck in the past. It could be an exploitable problem that also randomly occurs.It is true that after every dev patch lately some scripts break. Part of that is due to the style of the scripts and the calls they make, part of it is due to back-end changes the developers make to improve data handling or for other reasons. They don't set out to break the scripts, but they equally don't set out to maintain the integrity of the scripts either.

Whilst a player has a bubble the player can not be attacked. That is normal.Sometimes a player can end up in perpetual attack until they refresh their screen. Maybe this is what has happened.Certainly an interesting observation.

Have you made this observation without scripts enabled? Also please stop using your alts to open up duplicate topics. One is enough. :)

This is not an issue of my scripts.
He has it applied to one of his bases and remains on that base wherever he moves it. Other players have seen the exact same thing on THAT base. He has something applied, that is evident. Screen refresh is not the issue either. I have tried everything to see if it is just a visual glitch. It's not.

while bubbled his base alerted, not under attack. it is just from the defnese needing to heal from a repsawn, not like an attack lock from a current attack whats fucking weird about that picture though is a red coloured player to have a "visit base" button when i thought it was only "visit" when looking from inside the your own allaince anything outside should always be attack buttonthen grayed out if a reason it cant current be attacked
