Display shift - how to correct

One place the problem is seen is the pre-attack screen. The row control buttons will be shifted down one row and show only 3 lines of buttons. This may occur if the button for Options/Gameplay/Show extended army setup is NOT checked. Checking it seems to correct the issue.
