Enemy 65 level base full repair in only 7 hours

Hi, Can someone please explain me how destroyed enemy level 65 base can be fully repaired after only 7 hours. In image, it's been 11 hours after attack. It is on world Tiberian 33. Thnx in advan...

he could have sold and rebuilt things? I don't know the repair capability of a level 65 cy, I assume it is pretty good.
