Firestorm 23 issue.

Hi. I can't enter firestorm 23 server, it stacks at the position shown on attached picture. I didn't play this server with this account, as far as i remember i entered once and didn't play till now. Tried to enter for a long time with no access, and after you made a maintenance yesterday i see rank change (current - 882, it was a 1001 before), which means the system recognize this account as active, if i'm not mistaken. Could you fix the issue? I'd like to play this account firestorm 23 server. Thnx.

    XXgoodmachineXX  Unfortunately you  maybe mistaken.  There are many accounts ranked 882 and all of them show they have 0 bases, 0 score and 0 bases destroyed, along with belonging to no alliance.  I will draw this to the attention of the developers, however, it could be that your account has gone inactive along with others.

      Like i said earlier, i did started that server once(you can see it on a screenshot, i come inside the server every time i push a start server button  i  and not on a start screen, where you choose a sector et.c) and couldn't play because of a blackscreen issue shown on a screenshot. That's why i have 0 bases et.c., simply because the game doesn't allow me to play. Thought the last maintenance will solve that issue, but not. However, thanks for reply.
