FS15 problems and Funds Allocation in compensation

Hi Guys, I haven't received the 4,000 TA Funds you said we would all get on this world. Some colleagues have recieved theirs. Pleae advise. Thanks

If the people from Firestorm 15 are starting off with 40k in bonus funds, why in god's name would anybody NOT on Firestorm 15 start on Firestorm 16?
