Funds Error

hello, today i buy some funds when i pay i get on my screen error
i have already pay for it but no funds contact with EA also doesnt work

Can someone help me i want my funds otherwise my money back

Unfortunately funding problems can't be dealt with on these forums. You need to keep trying with EA help.
