game did not upgrade units
I hadn't had this bug for quite a while and today I did.
I spent resources to upgrade 2 defensive units.
Resources were spent but upgrades were not provided.
Logged out/ logged back in - same result.

they were 36... were supposed to upgrade to 37.

the big question is : why is this happening ?
When is EA going to implement some sort of official helpdesk instead of logging a problem and hoping that it does get read/addressed. I am paying for my time, so anything lost / non-upgraded is directly tied to finance. The translation of this : someone must correct this ....
