Help needed for a player to log into a game that does not have the time to read through forums

Hi all. I'll keep it simple. How do i log into a game i have been playing for 5 years? Tried all the tricks for the last 2 days but no joy. Cheers Zorf

No mate i'm not american and when i pay for a game i expect it to work. What was the point in you commenting. I wanted help not a long winded telling off about teamwork. Team work??? Can't get on the game to speak to my team you stupid yank numpty!!
