I can't relocate my bases

I 'm trying to relocate my base, but every time i try, warning does not let me do it. I can't scroll this warning and it covers the relocate button. I tried on Google and Brave browser, but it didn't change anything.
a description of the alert : 'use player relocate to move all your bases to another world sector...'
