All my packages were full and I hit the collect packages icon and nothing happened so I refreshed and I didn't get any of the Tiberium. I have 4,400 after collecting all packages. My 6 tiberium produce 2,900 to 3,900/hour so if I had even gotten 1 of them I would have about 8,000.
Other players won't be able to help with this and for EE to even investigate they need to know which world you're referring to.
