I have cleared the cache: still not sound. Even when i log in: no start sound.

Can you all please supply Browser and Version number (full version number) and if it is 32-bit or 64-bit?
In Chrome there is a part to disable sound. Can you check it hasn't been disabled during an update of Chrome?
(click on 3 vertical dots in top right of screen >> Settings >> Advanced >> Content Settings >> Sound)
Check to see if CnC:TA is added to the 'Muted' setting.
