I want a refund off my money

Servers not working..... yeap, I know. I am experiencing this for some time now.
there is no ETA.....
there is more that is not working properly.... After you make a login you can make a choice to go to another server....does not work...... it is all black and playing the world it is shown, does not work either.

so, if you mess up the system, and I believe it is not only transferring games to other servers, than I will seriously ask you to make a refund, after all: I PLAY WITH FUNDS, for fun...... lol

    Refunds are not available through this forum in any capacity, no one here has that authority. There is a support button at the top of page, use it to contact EA support directly. Somewhere down that path is a 'chat now' button, use it. You'll reach a customer service rep that is clueless, they work off cue cards and will tell you to clear cache and try five different browsers. Whatever they recommend, respond with something along the lines of "I've tried that". Be courteous to them, they will use any excuse to disconnect you. Somewhere in there, be sure to suggest you've paid money for the game and want a refund. This will go above their head as they do not have the authority to issue refunds. Ticket will get 'escalated', but from a corporate stand point and the EULA, a refund is not realistic. You should however, receive some 15% off coupons as everyone else has.

    7 days Offense Repair Time capacity +18h
    7 days Command Points capacity +200
    5x 12 Command Points

    We hope this will remedy the inconveniences you experienced during the server move and we thank you for your patience and understanding. The compensation will be awarded to you on every world you visited in the last 30 days.

    - I added a comment, but the quote isn't from the forum. I reposted a global EA statement that was sent in game to the entire C&C community. I've added "(quote)/(/quote)".

    I believe you meant "you did not agree to it" or something. Compensation from corporate mongers is never "agreed to", it will suddenly appear in our inventory. Nor is compensation anything negotiated, the EULA protects them. I've added quotes and cited EA, in a rush yesterday and I've never pretended to be EA. I'm not understanding what universe would exist whereby some random naive idiot could or would ever remotely believe I represent EA, perhaps Aliens exist there. Regardless, fixed.
