Inactive status of the player is published - but it shouldn't be like that
You can see the inactive state of a player - even from out of his/her team. This way, enemy can make attack-plans easier, no need of observation. prntscr.com/o5tfng

A player with a rank of 'inactive' on their display page has no bases to attack, they have been removed from the server for 2 years inactivity. You can also see the same for a full alliance where the rank is displayed as '0' so you can tell how many inactive (not logged on for 2 years) within an alliance. This has been the case since they introduced the removal for inactivity of 2 years.

As player info says, she took part in demolishing of the fort less than a year ago. (maybe not in person but by substitution)
