EA have changed the rules on logins - which has the effect of the subs not working. They've introduced anti-fraud measures which prevents others from spending your money on things that they sell, not just in-game for this game but for all things they sell online.
Remember, subs were only intended for temporary use, not long term play too. They are for vacations, not to hand over control to others.
