I have to press Shift + the hotkey (E for instance) for it to work ! In games like The Settlers Online, the hotkeys haven't changed, they work normally —which seems strange.
P.S: It's only the base-switcher hotkeys (arrow keys (left + right)) that's the issue —there's no workaround for this.
