kicked out of sector, alliance, base level and bought bundle

Hello,

2,25hrs ago I got logged of or crash from site during playing.
I reenterred and found myself in a different environment.

Above the things in topic I also found a base which wasn't mine.
Baselevel 7 instead of 13 guess.
The TA balance was correct but I lost the advantage of my purchased bundle
(enlarged cp, enlarged number of packages,..)


I have :
chrome and win10.

Allready tried customers service
case number:44336084
Their solution: "Clearing cache and reenter" didn't help


Can you please reestablish the state from that point in time?

    Indeed you were right. Seems that it toggled to this server. I normally was on 'wrath' server.
    Strange that on other server (Tib36) I was up to level 7, and in other sector, and with an alliance I did not recognize.

    I now own a base on the 2 servers. On other server I couldn't find my alliance so I got thinking that it was an error of EA.
    EA support couldn't tell me what was the problem. And it was only by Tib36 server was down that I for first time saw there are also other server with other members and alliances.

    Learned a thing.
    And also found my paid bundle was intact...happy for that
