LogOn problems

Hello!

Today I accessed the game page, I entered the data for the game authentication and it took me to the screen:

I hit the play button and the authentication window appeared again:

I enter the data again and the process repeats continuously without being able to access the game.

When I tried to enter in the forum to see if there was already an open incident, it asked me for authentication data again.

This time it worked and it let me access the forum but NOT the game.

Can you help me, please?

    I tried to log in again today and the authentication (apparently) seems to be fine:

    And when I click "Play Now"

    One more time requesting my data.
    Why? Why?

    Web World Browser show my worlds:

    But when clicked in the selected...

    Again and again and again...
    This is not funny!

    I have deleted all EA related cookies and the game seems to be running normally again.
    Note: I have lost some game customizations and scripts for Tiberium Alliances. :-(

    As you no doubt know, the developers are not responsible for the login part of getting to the game (that's why the worldwebbrowser works when logins don't).  It seems to be a localised issue as we're not seeing large numbers logging into the forum (which worked) and that is normally the case when it is a general login access issue.

    Hopefully you'll be able to get your scripts and customisations restored and all will be well.
