Lost TA funds and account gone

Question

i had a lvl 9 base in tiberian 40, after patch i login now and i see firestorm 12 on homepage and clicking it i have to select gdi or nod and start like a new player. what's this?

i had 17000 TA just yesterday, now i login after 22 august patch and homepage shows i have 1000 TA.

Check that you have logged into the correct account and correct world. Selecting GDI/NOD is only done when visiting a world for the first time.

Clear your history, cache and cookies. These definitely need updating after patch 19.3
