uppgraded all my defense units in a new base to 35 next day killed and and notised that defence units was 25 and some 1 also some uppgraded attack units are missing in other bases dont know what to...

If something is greyed out then it is an indication of a communication error. Placing units beyond the 300 limit may be possible but on a screen refresh they will disappear. Similarly, buying when anything is greyed out is a risky undertaking. Check you method of payment has actually been debited.
