missing uppgrades
uppgraded all my defense units in a new base to 35 next day killed and and notised that defence units was 25 and some 1 also some uppgraded attack units are missing in other bases dont know what to...

These "rollbacks" on upgrades do happen occasionally, especially when players spam the upgrade command or try to upgrade many units rapidly. But they are always instant in my experience.
If there are scripts in place to automatically upgrade units then this problem might be exacerbated.
