My Account got Reset, now lost everything and level 1

Hi, logged in earlier and I was asked to pick a faction and location again.

When I finally logged in my whole account was reset to lvl 1 again and lost all my bases.

I have put weeks into this game and lots of $$

Are you aware of this and can you fix it for me?
