not able to click and move army units Tib 32

The game was operating without this bug earlier today 11/27/2019. Now I click on a target and the battlefield comes up and I click on a unit to reposition it to my strategy or to load a unit into a transport unit and it does not show the unit highlighted and will not move the unit when I click on it a second time it flickers and shows the proper highlighted unit hovering to be moved for a split second then disappears. That is the issue.
