Paid for funds but not delivered
I paid for the 90k funds pack, the money went out of my bank account but no funds arrived in my game account, and yes, I did press the refresh button, several times...

I would direct you to ea.com/help but it seems at present that is down! The funds are likely to appear once their difficulties clear.
