Paid for funds but not delivered
I paid for the 90k funds pack, the money went out of my bank account but no funds arrived in my game account, and yes, I did press the refresh button, several times...

We can't help with payment issues here, if the funds haven't appeared today then contact ea help which is now working as 'normal' - don't let them fob you off with 'we don't support the game' as payment is an EA function and can't be dealt with by Envision or moderators.
