Paratroops fail?

Why didn't paratroops jump with a free lane of five spaces in front him?

Is this part of fixes in next 19.3 patch?
I know 19.3 includes a fix to return attacks from paratroops in fly.

Note: I remember that a few days ago you commented that a two-space gap is necessary for paratroopers to land and attack.

Paratroops only deploy from aircraft if the space below is also empty. I suppose a ground unit blocked the path for some reason. Can you reproduce this somehow with a replay?

In the snapshoot you can see how the mammoth is retired off the lane before paratroops go out of the screen. Wow, I'm not sure to reproduce this and create a video.
