play now just goes back to the "play now" screen when clicked

So when I try to log in to another account, i just go in circles. I get past the ea login, but when I click the "play now", it just reloads the same "play now" screen. the game never loads. I se...

This game IS officially supported although EA Help probably can't help in the case of the issues experienced at present.
