why oh why did you not test the update??????????? now you have killed the base scanner and as usual the glorious developers are silent, why ditch something that was actually working. please tell me ....

I think you need to check through these forums and you will see that fixed versions exist. As for the scripts being broken, this was known about now for 2 months. The developers have responded and even assisted others to fix the issues.
